We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join a Product & Engineering organization at a U.S.-based advertising technology company.In this role, you’ll lead a full stack team developing next-generation AI workflows that power creative automation and performance marketing. You’ll play a key role in shaping both the technical direction and the team’s growth, ensuring high-quality delivery while fostering a strong engineering culture.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

• 6+ years of experience in software engineeringProven experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical LeadStrong background in Node.js and TypeScriptExperience with distributed systems and scalable architecturesExperience working across the full software development lifecycleHands-on experience with React or full stack developmentStrong understanding of system design and architecture

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environmentsFamiliarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and KafkaExperience working with AI-driven products or data-intensive systemsExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
