Engineer Manager

About the Role

• In this role, you’ll lead a full stack team developing next-generation AI workflows that power creative automation and performance marketing. You’ll play a key role in shaping both the technical direction and the team’s growth, ensuring high-quality delivery while fostering a strong engineering culture.

• You have experience leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• You are comfortable being hands-on when needed, supporting your team through technical challenges.
• You have experience building large-scale, high-availability systems.
• You enjoy mentoring engineers and helping them grow professionally.
• You collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and grow a full stack engineering team, fostering autonomy and accountability.
• Define and drive technical direction in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions aligned with product goals.
• Coach and mentor engineers through 1:1s, feedback, and career development plans.
• Remove blockers and create an environment where the team can perform at its best.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute hands-on when needed.
• Promote best practices in software development, agile processes, and engineering culture.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead
• Strong background in Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with React or full stack development
• Strong understanding of system design and architecture

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL , Redis , and Kafka
• Experience working with AI-driven products or data-intensive systems
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
